Victor Harbor Schoolies 2021-endorsed Victor Harbor is the traditional heartland of South Australian schoolies who gather year after year to celebrate the Schoolies Party.

Victor Harbor is action-packed during the Schoolies period. Those who have just finished High School finally get to let loose and enjoy the music, beach and the Schoolies vibe.

Ages

Schoolies aged 16 to 18 who are completing year 12 on the year of travel may attend. If you have left school early (eg Year 10) for work or TAFE and you are in this age group then you may also attend. If you are closely connected with the Schoolies group (eg) sibling, boyfriend, girlfriend, and you are of similar age, then you may also book with the group. The Schoolies accommodation and activities are accessible to all Schoolies 18+ as well as under 18.

The Goolwa Camping and Tourist Park is the place to be and is the Ultimate Party Park for only $229.00 per person for camping groups of 5 or more. If the group is 4 or less, then the per person rate is $239.00, still great value considering Official Parties and heaps of extras are included. A big BBQ breakfast is also cooked daily. The Cabins and Villas packages are by far the cheapest in the region for only $359.00. Goolwa Camping and Tourist Park have spectacular onsite facilities. The pools are heated and open for set hours, the Cabins and Villas are air-conditioned, and they have flat screen TV’s, a kitchen, a refrigerator, a microwave, an electric kettle and a private bathroom. The group will get their room allocation, however we don’t select the guest’s configurations within their own group, they can decide amongst themselves on arrival.

Is there a Curfew?

Do the Schoolies bookings include transport from our home city, or the Party tickets?

No, these are booked separately by Schoolies.

What’s the food like in Victor Harbor?

Enjoy the amazing food available in Victor Harbor. It’s best to get your food on-site so you can eat with all your mates. Some meals may even be included in your Schoolies booking – which is a bonus!

Are there ATM machines close by?

Yes, there are ATMs available within walking distance.

What is the check in and check out time at the accommodation?

Check in starts from 2pm onwards. If you get there before 2pm you may be able to leave your bags at reception whilst you explore the area. There may be many people checking in at once, so keep in mind that you may not be able to check in at exactly 2pm. The whole group should check in together all at once. As for Check out, you must vacate your room completely by no later than 10am on the day of departure.

How soon should we book?

Just like the hottest concert tickets… The schoolies hotel rooms get snapped up nice and early, the earlier you book, the better it is for you. To get things rolling, contact schoolies@surething.com.au and let them know how many people are in your group. From there, they will send you an itinerary of the best available rooms and will give you details on how you can make them yours!
